Very often Jesus would teach people through stories, or parables, rather than just 'giving it to them straight'. Lost sheep, robbers on the road and even seeds in the soil helped to make the point.

In May and June 2009, a set of pictures illustrating Great Bible Stories were created by students from Stanley Infant School, Teddington and young people from the children and youth groups at Teddington Baptist Church. They were all large wall panels roughly 3m x 1m and were mounted around the gallery in the Main Hall of Teddington Baptist Church (see photos above).
