What I Believe
I believe that God longs for each of us to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with Him. He has enabled us to choose this path by the voluntary death of His Son, Jesus, on the cross. As we turn to God each day for forgiveness and His revitalising strength, He challenges us and stretches us to live life to the full.

Why I Believe
In my late teens, this belief seemed the only way of making sense of a world of inequality and suffering. It became clear to me that the Christian message to each individual to turn and trust God was the only way in which the problems of whole communities could be fully addressed. Fifteen years later, and after working in a variety of different countries and settings, I still believe this to be true.
