Highlights of the Week
This weekend edition of The BIG Top's daily newsletter includes highlights from the week.
It is best viewed online at The BIG Top web site (www.TeddingtonBIGTop.org.uk) which also provides links to

The Marquee was prompted by a talk from Steph Wilkinson and Janet Dilley on Tuesday
to begin a collection of Toys for Rumania which
will be completed on Sunday. The children enjoyed themselves playing with toys, finger painting, and watching videos.
The Rainbow Tent thoroughly enjoyed the puppet show every day and put their hearts into singing their favourite songs.

The Big Top Group winners were the Jolly Jugglers!
ahead of the Terrific Trapeze Artists in second place and the Sensitive Strong Men in third place!

Lots of people were gunged in The BIG Top during the week including Stephanie Collett who came out looking like she had just had a bubble bath and Tom Chapman
who had to run the Gauntlet in someone else's place.
But Richard Colpus didn't get gunged, and many people were disappointed so here is a picture of what he would have looked like if he had been well gunged!
The Rock Café came to a rousing finish with the live performance by Esther Warren and River Deep.
They were so good that some passing teenagers came in off the street and stayed to listen and enjoy.
River Deep spoke about their love of Jesus and stirred a response both to their words and to their music.
A totally brill time was had by all!

Eli Hassoun well gunged? |

Special Thanks to Everyone Who Helped!
|
The BIG Top Band from South Croydon Baptist Church played in The BIG Top every day.
|
Lucy (left) and Bert who worked so hard day after day in every section of The BIG Top.
Well done both of you! (and to Carol Stockman and David Fletcher for helping you)
|
Eli Hassoun led a dedicated team of helpers from Teddington Salvation Army and Teddington Baptist Church to make this week possible.
There were too many to name working in front of the scenes and behind the scenes as well.
But we owe the success of the week to all your hard dedicated work.

Special thanks to
the team of volunteers from Pinecrest Baptist Church, Portsmouth, Virginia, USA which gave up holidays and came
to Teddington to help us to run The BIG Top. The members of the team are pictured below.
